Dear Guests, thank you for choosing Pohoda Apartments. In order to ensure fair conditions for all guests and to keep availability reliable, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the start of the stay (inclusive).

In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the stay (inclusive), or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price will be charged.

Reservation changes or cancellation

Please make any changes to your reservation or cancel it via the platform used to make the booking (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb).

If the reservation was made directly on this website, please contact us for any changes or cancellation at: info@apartmany-pohoda.cz.

Refunds

In case of free cancellation, any payment received will be refunded using the same payment method, within a reasonable timeframe depending on the bank / payment provider.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount in case of cancellation.
