What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in is from 14:00 (and later), check-out by 10:00.
Online check-in is mandatory (legal guest registration). Arrival and access instructions will be provided after the online check-in is completed.
What is your cancellation policy?
The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge no later than 5 days before the start of the stay (inclusive).
In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the stay (inclusive) or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price will be charged.
Are your properties pet friendly?
Our properties are currently no pets allowed.
Are linens and toiletries provided?
Yes, we provide high-quality linens, towels, and 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we do.
Apartment for 4 guests: a private garage parking space is reserved for this apartment.
Studio: free parking is available behind the building. Please note that this is a shared parking space and cannot be reserved in advance.
If the parking space is not available, we recommend the nearby paid parking option: parkovanikarlovyvary.cz (approx. 270 metres from the apartment), where you can also make a reservation.
Is the rental fully equipped for cooking and dining?
Yes! Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, oven, cookware, utensils, and dishware. You can comfortably prepare meals during your stay.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, depending on availability, we’d be happy to extend your stay. Please reach out to us as early as possible to confirm availability and adjust your booking.
